Danish lessons taking place directly at workplaces or campuses. UCplus offers the official Danish Language Education (DU) or preparatory education for adults (FVU) depending on the type of students and their needs.

Required number of students

Lessons directly at a workplace or campus requires a certain number of students, depending on the type of education (the Danish Language Education DU or FVU).

Normally, we set the minimum to 8 students at DU and 12 students at FVU.

Voucher and duration

This only applies to the official Danish Language Education (DU). Once you commence your education, you will receive an electronic voucher with one entry per module. Each entry represents a limited number of months available for completing the module. The number of months increases in accordance with the module level. You must complete the entire Danish education within 42 months in total. MORE INFORMATION here.

Cost

The rules for deposit and user fee apply to the Danish Language Education (DU). More information about deposit and user fee here.

Preparatory education for adults (FVU) is free of charge for the students. Additionally, the employer is entitled to a refund if the lessons take place during work hours. Read more about VEU refund.

Weekly lessons and schedules

We adapt the number of lessons to your requirements.

The time schedule will accommodate the needs of the students: lessons can take place before or after work/study hours.

UCplus Centre for Danish Language Education is ministry approved and offers the official Danish Language Education (DU1, DU2, DU3) . We are also approved to conduct the official tests:

  • Prøve i dansk
  • Medborgerskabsprøve
  • Indfødsretsprøven
